Job Description
● Develop and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
● Optimize ad performance based on key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
● Analyze data to improve conversion rates and profitability.
● Collaborate on high-budget projects with international experts.
● Create ad creatives (images, videos) and conduct ongoing A/B testing.
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in digital advertising (TikTok, Google, Unity, etc.).
● Strong understanding of key advertising metrics and performance analysis.
● Strong logical thinking; a solid math background is a plus.
● Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.

● Identify and coordinate with agencies that provide advertising accounts.
● Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively with support vendors.
● Handle contract negotiations and manage payment and cost calculations with suppliers.
Requirements
● Strong numerical sensitivity and solid mathematical skills.
● Fluent in Chinese with excellent communication abilities.
